West Ham striker Carlos Tevez will not make a decision over his future until
after the Copa America.
Tevez, 23, has been linked with several clubs after keeping West Ham in the
Premier League, but is playing for Argentina in the Copa in Venezuela.
His representative Kia Joorabchian said: "Carlos is playing in the Copa and
that is where his prime focus is.
"We intend talking more seriously about his future when the Copa is over. At
the moment there is no development."
The Copa America final is on 14 July.
On Thursday, Tevez ruled out a move to Italian champions Inter Milan after
they imposed a deadline for him to make a decision.
But Joorabchian said Tevez was keen to stay in the Premier League and
several clubs have been linked with a move for him.
Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool are all rumoured to be interested,
while West Ham are keen to keep him at Upton Park.
Tevez was inspirational in the Hammers' run-in at the end of the season,
scoring the winner on the final day as they won 1-0 at Man Utd to stay up.
Tevez said in May that he was keen to move away from Upton Park saying: "I
want to join one of Europe's big clubs, that's what I've talked to my agents
about."

Cisse to snub English overtures - Sky Sports

Djibril Cisse's agent has confirmed that the Liverpool striker will snub
interest from three English clubs to join Marseille.
The French international spent the season on loan with l'OM and is now set
on finalising a permanent move, despite interest from the Premier League.
West Ham, Portsmouth and Bolton had all shown interest in Cisse, according
to his agent Ranko Stojic.
"Marseille is definitely the choice for Djibril," Stojic told the BBC. "I
think the deal will happen on Friday or Saturday.
"I have been very busy this week - I caught six planes in two days - and I
am sorry for the people I have not had the chance to call back, Mr Eggert
Magnusson of West Ham for example.
"The Marseille option is the best choice for Djibril because of the
Champions League.
"West Ham, Bolton and Portsmouth I understand are very, very good clubs but
Djibril wants to play in the top level of European competition next season."
Marseille will be looking for Cisse to play a leading role in their UEFA
Champions League campaign next season after losing attacking talisman Franck
Ribery to Bayern Munich.

Blades made to wait by Tevez arbitration panel - thisislondon.co.uk
Sheffield United remained in limbo last night after the arbitration panel
who were finally expected to deliver a verdict on the Carlos Tevez affair
failed to meet their own deadline.
Legal complexities are being blamed for the hold up and the panel are now
not expected to reveal anything until next week at the earliest.
United plc chairman Kevin McCabe said: "The fact that it is taking so long
is, at least, a recognition that the case we put forward is being taken
seriously."

Barca star distanced from England move - Daily Mail

Ludovic Giuly's agent has distanced the Barcelona winger from a move to the
Premier League following reported interest from clubs including West Ham.
Alain Migliaccio said on www.skysports.com: "Ludo refused Benitez and
Liverpool last year, so he won't join West Ham or Newcastle now."
With Nigel Reo-Coker expected to leave, Curbishley has signed midfielder
Scott Parker and wants to bolster his squad further.
Kevin Nolan had been suggested as a possible target but the midfielder
intends to impress under the new management at Bolton after Sam Allardyce's
departure and Sammy Lee's appointment.
"It's going to be a test for me to prove myself to another manager," he
said. "I was delighted that he got the job. I think he will be fantastic and
hopefully we can take off and go even further from where Sam left us."
Darren Bent turned down the Hammers for a move to Spurs, but it is
understood that Mark Noble is willing to extend his contract after
impressing for England Under-21s at the recent European Championships.
Meanwhile Keith Peacock has left the coaching staff of West Ham to take a
break from football.
The former Charlton player spent a year at Upton Park and was appointed
assistant to boss Alan Pardew last October before Alan Curbishley took the
reins.
"I feel that now is the right time to take a break," said Peacock on club
website www.whufc.com.
"It will give me more time to spend with the family and grandchildren, which
is something I am greatly looking forward to."
