Swansea to provide final Boleyn Ground opposition

West Ham United will bid an emotional farewell to the Boleyn Ground with a
Barclays Premier League fixture against Swansea City.

The Swans will provide the final league opposition in E13 on 7 May, prior to
the Club's exciting move to the new Stadium on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

The fixture programme for the 2015/16 campaign was released on Wednesday
morning, giving Slaven Bilic an opening day trip to Arsenal for his first
league assignment in the West Ham dugout.

West Ham follow that 8 August trip to the Emirates Stadium with back-to-back
home games, against Leicester City on 15 August and AFC Bournemouth on 22

The opening month of the campaign concludes with a trip to Liverpool on 29

The Christmas period sends the Hammers to Aston Villa on Boxing Day, before
Southampton visit the Boleyn Ground on 28 December and another home game
against Liverpool on 2 January.

The 2015/16 season ends with a trip to Stoke City on 15 May.
